weather and weather mashup (weathermash) sources are successfully loaded in WorldWind plugin, thanks :)

When trying to move in time, I keep getting errors:
"Required cache file is locked: time-out has expired."
Or
"Cannot write to the required cache file"

Is it related to data source or problem of WorldWind?
Looks like it decreases the data update speed. I need to move around to force the data download.

It seems that level parameter should always be equal to objects.Length. So do we really need it? Also, I'd recommend rename of objects array to ancestors.

Stack overflow exception has been thrown during background data loading with simultaneous time-scrolling.
Data provider: WWD file.
Result: WorldWind was closed by Windows.

causes "File ... already exists" exception later during the execution.

This is not a bug since the upper-nearest time was used.
Nevertheless I'll replace it with common nearest algorithm.
